How long will it take to process and ship my order?

Online processing takes up to 2-3 business days, depending on holidays and order volume. Once the processing is complete, the order will be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

Are orders allowed to be changed?

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be altered. To ensure timely delivery and accurate products, we do not allow changes once the order is confirmed.

What is the return policy?

Returns and exchanges are only available for incorrect orders (e.g., if the wrong hair type or length was sent). Under no circumstances can hair be exchanged once it has been opened, unraveled, combed through, or worn. If there is a mistake on our part, contact us within 7 days of receiving the order, and we will exchange it for the correct product.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! If you're in the Greenville, SC area, you can select the local pickup option during checkout. An email confirmation will be sent once your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your ID and order confirmation number when picking up.
